November 22, 20232 yr Is dual parity included in all licenses (basic, plus, and pro) or only in the pro license? I'm finding conflicting information on the internet. The initial forum post talks about the dual parity being a pro-only feature Quote What we are going to do is create a Pro-only feature that raises the array width max up to 32, but also includes the ability to configure a "Q-parity" drive (like RAID-6). (Source: https://forums.unraid.net/forum/index.php?topic=2634.msg21695#msg21695) While in other places like the pricing page (https://unraid.net/pricing) say that there are no differences in the licenses other than the amount of drives. Quote There are no other limitations in the software based on the license type. Non-storage devices such as GPUs do not count against the license tier limits. I assume the information from the forum post is just outdated?

All licences are functionally identical - the only difference being the number of drives that are allowed to be connected to the server (regardless of whether Unraid uses them) which is checked every time the array is started.
