The server network connection slows / drops out intermittently after a power outage, (unclean shutdown). The web UI , Dockers, VM's are freezing  / lockup intermittently . The power was lost approximately 2 hours prior to the restart on Nov 21 23:10:16.

    After further troubleshooting the issue appears to be with a cable or network hub.
