my cache maybe failed how to fix it

hi, I think my cache failed but the fix on the webgui didn't work.

Maybe I do it wrong?

Do my drive failed and need a new one. Can data be repaired.

    Post new diags with the array started in normal mode.

    Docker image is corrupt, delete and recreate, cache filesystem is also showing some issues, it may be a good idea to backup and re-format.
