Hard drive errors during parity check

Recommended Posts

Hello team

Unraid 6.12.4

Dell R730

I purchased a few USED hard drives (SAS) from ebay. Installed and runs fine. After Unraid completed a Parity check it found a few errors (not sure if parity errors or read/write errors?)

The drives (Parity, Disk1 to Disk7)

Unraid dashboard; highlighted parity errors in red box. (165 errors)

Is this something to worry about? I ran smart tests on a couple, not all, but they (smart test is not fast) return a pass. My first thought was no, but I thought I'd ask the unraid guru's.

Difficult to provide much advice, you should provide your diagnostics.
