November 26, 20232 yr Hello. I'm trying to replace my USB drive. I have followed the procedure by creating a backup and flashing it to the new USB. However when i then click on replace key it opens a pop up where i should sign in. When i do so the pop up shows a message : Almost there Close this window then click the Finish Key Replacement button in your webGUI But when i do so and click on Finish Key Replacement button, it opens the same pop up showing the exact same message and im locked into a infinite loop, not getting any new key file email. Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong here? Any advice would be appreciated.
November 26, 20232 yr Community Expert Solution I would suggest that you contact support giving the GUID for the new flash drive and they should be able to help you.
