"Unable to Find Image Locally" error for Docker Container install

Hello- 

 

When I try to install a new container I get an "Unable to find image locally" of whatever container I am trying to install and I also get a "Network Unavailable" error message. I have change the Docker Root disk location, deleted the vdisk, reinstalled Community Apps, and changed Root disk location to "Directory" to no avail. 

 

I have also reverted to an Older Unraid OS and Updated the motherboard BIOS with the same results as above. 

 

Any other tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
