My Unraid keep showing Unraid API Error

NETWORK: getaddrinfo ENOUTFOUND mothership.unraid.netCLOUD:Socket close.

 

I am not able to connecto Unraid Connect. I am also unable to upgrade my Unraid OS. 

 

May i know what is the possible cause? Thank you
