Your flash drive is corrupted or offline.

Featured Replies

Hi,

Yesterday, a banner with the message "Your flash drive is corrupted or offline. Post your diagnostics in the forum for help." appeared on my Unraid server.

I initially thought the problem was that the flash drive had died. I created a backup of the flash drive and replaced it with a new one, restoring the backup, but the problem persists.

I don't know how to fix it, so it would be great if someone could help me with that.

Thanks,

Have you removed the 2 files it is telling you are corrupt?    They should be human readable text but if you look at them I suspect they are not.

Yes, I checked those files, and they were empty (or I couldn't see them due to corruption). I removed them and restarted, but the issue still persists. Additionally, I attempted to copy an older version of those files from a backup, restarted, but encountered the same result.

Should I restore the previous backup? What kind of configuration/data will be lost? (I'm unsure about what Unraid stores on the flash drive, and the backup is from 2 months ago.)

Thank you!

Thanks to everyone!
