 Unraid does not finish starting

Featured Replies

Hello,

I have a strange problem on my server.

The server apparently starts up, is accessible, and works fine for hours. Randomly, it stops and stops working. After several checks I saw that when I started the full charge did not finish (log attached), I replaced the USB with a new one and the problem persists.

Unraid does not finish starting, the last log entry when SO starts is "sd 0:0.0:0 [sda1] Attached SCSI remobable disk found /dev/sda1

Hello, I have reviewed the BIOS parameters again and possibly when it was updated the parameters that you mention in the reference post were modified. I will check during these days if the server randomly stops responding. Returning to the initial topic, apparently, it does not finish starting although it is accessible and functional. The connected monitor shows the last status "sd 0:0:0:0 [sda] Attached SCSI renewable disk" when it should show the login console. Attached log with clean reboot

Try a new flash drive with a stock Unraid install, no key needed, just to see if the boots, that will show if it's a config or hardware related issue.
