Error 404 File not found when navigating to ip address of the server

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, fairly new to unraid just bought a license on Black Friday. I was using the trail before that but when I bought the license I started getting a 404 error when trying to access the web ui. Not sure if its the key activation or that I setup the unraid connect but since then I have disabled unraid connect. I have also tried booting in safe mode but the issue still persists I have managed to download the diagnostics of the system. Tyi!andromeda-diagnostics-20231130-2049.zip

DNS_SERVER1="192.168.1.1"
DNS_SERVER2="192.168.0.1"

This doesn't look right, try renaming/deleting /boot/config/network.cfg to go back to default DHCP and post new diags after booting.

Hi! I have deleted it and the settings do go back to

DNS_SERVER1="192.168.1.1"
DNS_SERVER2="192.168.0.1"

There are two routers on the network 192.168.1.1 being my router and  192.168.0.1 being my landlord.

Unfortunately I cant download the file again as now it permanently says error 404

Have you tried going to http;//192.168.1.11 which appears to be the address of your server.

it appears the link is only trying to operate at 100Mbps instead of 1000Mbps.    This can happen if the LAN cable in use does not have all pins connecting.

I have tried a new cable, still the same issue as last time :(

Try using a different flash drive with a stock Unraid install, no key needed, see if you can access that GUI, that will show if it's a network or config problem.

Do you mean just with the trial and reinstall on a new stick?

You do not even need a trial licence for this test - just use a new stick.

Just to be clear, a new stick with nothing on it or after with the unraid flash creator?

Sorry just slightly confused

That is the default name if there is no config entry setting something different.

Hi after googling I noticed that my error 404 is different to everyone else's.  I realized that this was my AP web gui but I'm still lost as the AP IP address is 192.168.1.242. I think it is an issue with my router but I have no idea where to start

In the previous diags server is using 192.168.1.19, try that.
