My server keeps crashing and I'm getting "Machine Check Events logged" I cant figure out whats wrong. I tried replacing the usb drive, updated my bios on my motherboard and updating drivers.

Overclocking the RAM like you are is known to cause issues with Ryzen, see here.

It is not just what the RAM is rated for, but also what the CPU/Memory Controller can handle which is often less than your RAM rating.  You have to go for the lower of option.
