December 1, 20232 yr After an extended power failure I came home to unraid unable to find any drives. The GUI says they are all missing. I have no idea what to do. Has my backplane failed? tower-diagnostics-20231201-0806.zip

HBA is failing to initialize, make sure it's well seated or try a different PCIe slot.
December 1, 20232 yr Author Have removed it completely from the system and plugged the backplane directly into the motherboard instead of the expander card and I still don't have any drive detection. I've tried changing cables as well. seems to be the motherboard HBA/SAS controller at this point to me
December 2, 20232 yr Author Replaced the motherboard. the onboard SAS seems to have been the failure point
