How do I get my license key?

Featured Replies

My server failed and the config folder got corrupted. I can't find where my license is on my account to enter it in.

It looks like I need to install a plug-in but I can't start the array to install a plug-in because it says my trial has expired almost 3 years ago.  I tried extending the trial but nothing happened.

I was able to install Unraid connect without getting the array started. But I still can't get my license.

I found my email with the original license key. But that is not working. I am using the same USB drive.

Did you put the licence key file into the ‘config’ folder on the flash drive?

The only license key file I have is the trial key. The contents of my config folder got corruted.

I thought you said you had the original email with the correct key for the flash drive?

if that is not the case then you will probably need to contact support to get this resolved.

I do, but the link I enter from the email is not working.

Great link for support. It says to come here to get help, pay for 1on1 support, or a link to outdated instructions to change my key. I submitted the form to contact support.

Did you get an acknowledgement when you submitted a message to support?    Just asking as there should be an automated response when you raise a ticket but it seems some were not getting through.   Only support re likely to be able to help you with your issue.

Did you contact support?  (Those two words in the body of any forum message will automatically generate a embedded link to the support page to submit a request.  But here is the link itself:)

Confirm you get an automatic email response, if not the ticket wasn't created, try again.

Same situation here - did you get it sorted easily enough?  I've raised a ticket but, with Christmas now, suspect it won't get dealt with for a little while.

You should still get a quick reply, make sure you got the automatic email response, if not try again since no ticket was created.
