Unable to add new files to Array

for the last couple of days i have been unable to add new files to my array. this seems to have lined up to when i updated OS.

this is what is in the syslog. i rolled back the OS in the hope that would work but no luck.

Upload the Diagnostics file to a new post in this thread.

It might be worth running a check filesystem on all your drives to see if file system corruption is behind your issues and correct any that report errors?

And run xfs_repair without -n or nothing will be done.
