Data Rebuild fails every time at ~95%

I tried to swap a 3TB with a 4TB hard disk earlier this week.

Server off, old HDD out and new one in, restart server, install new HDD in the array, start array.

 

I have started the data recovery process about 6 times now, each time it took 8-9 hours before it stopped at ~95%. The server restarts for some reason, causing the process to abort. I get the following warning:

    04-12-2023 03:08 - Unraid Data-Rebuild - Notice [TOWER] Data-Rebuild finished (0 errors) - Canceled

The diagnostics and the syslog are attached below.

    Nothing relevant logged that I can see, and the server rebooting on its own usually suggests a hardware problem, try for example a different PSU if available.

    Well the strange thing is, that this only happens when im rebuilding the Data...
