Getting an error when trying to replace flash drive

Made a zip of my old flash drive, used the creator tool to unzip it into a new flash drive. Wouldn't boot on first boot, copied the bz files back onto the flash drive and now it boots into the GUI, but it doesn't have my pro key on it. Tried to do it through the website and it gives me an error of: Error: {"message":"Request failed with status code 403","data":"Oh noes! something doesn't seem right here"}
