Unable to passthrough NIC

I received the following error message when trying to passthrough a NIC that is connect via PCI. 

 

VM creation error

internal error: qemu unexpectedly closed the monitor: qxl_send_events: spice-server bug: guest stopped, ignoring

Is this the only device in iommu group? can you provide screen print of system devices for the nic?

I have PCIe ACS override set to both.

Have you tried both nics .0 and .1 to see if that works?

Yes. I think is has something to do with the motherboard. This is a HP Microserver Gen8. Before switching, I didn't have an issue with using the nic.
