December 6, 20232 yr Aloha, I am on 6.11.5 ... after updating to 6.12.5 the server seemed to run normally for a couple of hours, then froze (which he, of cource, usually not does). I pressed reset, Server came back up and I went back to 6.11.5. I had tried to Update to the 6.12.xx (.1 or .2) Series before, which left my cache-pool unmountable and I luckily could fix with this (This support-Forum is superb!) before going back to the 6.11.5. Now I don't know if I will ever be able to Update beyond 6.11.5. I attach my Diags, maybe someone know how to figure them out and maybe can pinpoint the Problem. Thanx for any help in advance. hal9000-diagnostics-20231202-1430.zip Edited December 6, 20232 yr by Moppen
December 7, 20232 yr Most likely the system is having issues with macvlan. Navigate to Settings > Docker, switch to advanced view, and change the "Docker custom network type" from macvlan to ipvlan. This is the default configuration that Unraid has shipped with since version 6.11.5 and should work for most systems. For more details see https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/release-notes/6.12.4/#fix-for-macvlan-call-traces
December 7, 20232 yr Author Oh thank you. I've changed it today and because I have a fritzbox router I will let the server do his deeds for a couple of days before I will give it a go for another try to update to the 6.12.6. Thank you again.
