Slow Transfer Speeds Linux

I'm having a problem with slow speeds when transferring files to my UnRAID server when I copy files to it from one server. I'm only seeing about 9 Mbps to 15 Mbps. I have the SMB-Extra.conf on the server for linux SMB mounts.

 

Does anyone know of any other things that I should look into? Both servers are connected at 1 Gbps and they DC has plenty of available transit for it to be going faster then it is.
