U盘损坏后购买新U盘，无法更换密钥

我的U盘无法启动，U盘文件无法读出，于是我重新购买了一个U盘

将我的Basic.key文件放大config目录下后，但是我点击更换密钥后弹窗后并没有出现替换按钮，无法完成替换。

请问我改怎么做？
