Docker Service failed to start

Hello,

Been on 6.12.4 for a little over a week now with no problems, but noticed today my Docker tab said, "Docker Service failed to start".

It doesn't have any errors on the docker tab

Attaching diagnostics.  

Haven't had any drive errors or warnings under notifications. Would appreciate any help.

Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
