Hello.

 

I recently installedf Dynamix System Temp but to get it to work i had to make changes to /etc/senors.d/sensors.conf.

Sadly when i reboot my server the changes doesn't stick and i have to manually edit the file to make the plugin work again.

 

Using chattr +i gives me the error "Operation not supported while reading flags on sensors.conf"

 

Any way to write protect that file at all so i don't have to make manual changes every time i need to reboot the server?

I fixed it with a user script that overwirtes the file after boot.

Love learning new stuff.
