My Fujitsu s740 won't boot from my usb sticks unRaid partition.

Partition shows up in BIOS and boot menu. BIOS set to default. Also, tested this usb stick on a windows PC, no problem booting unraid. 

 

Anyone with an idea where to start troubleshooting? I have almost zero experience.

Did you try UEFI and legacy boot? Make sure the flash drive was created with UEFI support, there must be an EFI named folder, not EFI-.
