Batch create folders and batch move files

I‘ve got a directory with loads of files in it. Accessing it via Samba therefore is pretty slow. Is there a way (via CLI) to batch create folders from 0-Z and batch move the files into these folders accordingly?

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
