how do you get fanto detect properly on intel 12 gen cpu motherboard correctly?

so i have a mini itx  motherboard...  cpu  and 1 noctura fan

 

fan speed says 3000 fan 1  on main page  for CPU  i guess   yet if  you goto the fan speed page Fan Speed 1... thats the chassis Fan Speed and Fan 2  is the cpu...  but i cant get it to work right.... 

 

is there a specific driver  i need to load for these boards or the intel cpu?  its a Asus Prime board LGA 1700 socket
