Crashed docker engine preventing clear shutdown

Hi,

the docker engine on my 6.12.6 server seems to have crashed. What do i need to do to kill it so i can do a clean shutdown.

I´ve had that in the past (due to a hanging MakeMKV docker) and the only soluition was to hard-reset the server requiring an array rebuild afterwards.
