How to increase file path length limit

I am switching from Windows NAS to unraid, and needs to transfer all my files to unraid.

 

However, since I have a lot of files and folders uses CJK characters, which making the UTF-8 encoded path too long for unraid. 

 

Windows can store such long file path without problems, since I already using Windows as NAS.

So, please do not reply nonsense like "max path length is 255 on Windows", and I am switching away from Windows.

 

Keep in mind, file name is kinda different from file path, so...
