How does one turn off info popups?

I've spent a considerable amount of time today trying to turn off these info popups (that I no doubt have turned on myself...). I liked it much better when I needed to actively click the header to see the text.

What am I missing?

    Hit the little "?" icon in the top right corner of the gui
