Checking Power Usage and Installing Dockers and VMS on SSD

Hi I'm in the process of setting up my array an I'm total noob at unraid so I have a few questions. I want to ensure that dockers and VMS are installed to an SSD for faster performance. I have a 1tb nvme which I will use a cache pool and 500gb SSD that I was to use for Dockers and VM's. I have read somewhere that i need to also set that as cache drive but I'm not sure how you would make sure that all files that need to go the array are put initially to the NVME and the dockers and VM's to the SSD. How would I achieve this?

 

Secondly is there anyway I view the power usage  of my unraid sever . I have seen images of people being able to view the power usage on the dashboard? Do I need a UPS to monitor this?
