December 29, 20232 yr I bought a new 12Tb drive that I used to replace my 6TB parity drive. I have rebuilt the parity drive and now want to use the 6Tb to replace disk 2 in my array. Just want to make sure I understand the correct process. 1. Stop array, then unassign disk 2. Then start the array in Maintenance Mode 2. Stop array, shut down, then replace the drive and boot up. 3. Assign old parity drive to disk 2, then start the array and let it rebuild the drive Is that correct or am I missing a step?
