Tausch einer Datenplatte da Defekte vorliegen

Hallo zusammen,

 

eine meiner beiden Datenplatten (Toshiba NAS 8TB) hat eine Vielzahl von Lesefehlern, wesbalb ich sie

gegen eine gleichgroße Seagate Ironwolf tauschen werde.

Da die Meinungen bzgl. PreClear so weit auseinander gehen, werde ich hier garnicht nachfragen - ABER
wenn ich das Array gestoppt habe, die Datenplatte getauscht ist, weise ich dann Datenträger 1 die

neue Platte zu und starte das Arrray.
Muss ich die "Wiederherstellung" über die Paritätplatte von Hand anstoßen oder wie wird dieses Prozess
ausgelöst und was ist für mich zu beachten?
