rdp to new windows 11 vm not working

Featured Replies

first time installing a vm, took a bit, couldn't get win 11 to work, so added a win 10.  ideally, i would like to get rid of one computer i have on 24/7 that i remote into from work to work on 'non work' related items while at the office.  on the setup i feel like i got it all right, but obviously i am missing something.

i am using win 10 pro, rdp is turned on (i changed the port in regedit, and also am trying to connect to the changed port).  even turned off the win firewall to double check.  the vm is using the br0, getting an ip on the same subnet of unraid (192.168.XX.0/32), bridge is checked 'yes' in unraid>>settings>>network settings.

is there anything else i could be missing?

oh, behavior is like it is not on network, cannot ping either.  the rdp connection just eventually times out.
