January 2, 20242 yr All of a sudden i couldnt access the web UI, i rebooted got to the logging screen on the UI and login maybe 10 seconds later it was unresponsive again. Attached is the log but not sure if it will help since I had to reboot. im currently in safe mode but not sure how to proceed. plexserver-diagnostics-20240101-1754.zip
January 2, 20242 yr Author also happed while I was in safe mode server seems to still be up since I can access it via its native UI but not via web UI
January 2, 20242 yr Community Expert Enable the syslog server and post that after a crash or it gets unresponsive.

You need to set one of the last two fields to get anything generated (as mentioned in the syslog server link). The ‘mirror to flash’ is the easiest to set up.

January 3, 20242 yr Author Should be able to fix adding a pcie nic card right? will a regular tp link one work or is there a specific one I would need?
January 16, 20242 yr Author Sorry been really busy at work and hadn't had time to come back but the issue is resolved since I added the recommends PCIE nic card.
