first i apologize for being a noob, but ive search forums and tried to look up 'disk disabled'   but i have two disks that 'failed' during parity check(weekly)  any help would be appreciated- everything is triple backed up, i just want to know if these drives are bad.....

Both disk look good ( I have many same model but all over 5yrs age ), disable disk seems not happen in log time so can't check the reason.

hmm so how do i get disks, to be active and not disabled?   it ried doing the check filesystem -L   and no erros  smart test results are ok.   im doing the long one now, but?  im at loss.
