January 6, 20242 yr I'm setting up a fresh server for a client, and I can't make a share. It opens a new blank white browser tab with the url: http://10.10.10.100/update.htm I close the tab and nothing has changed on my shares page. The server is still on free trial mode. Does that prevent shares from being created? I've tried 3 different browsers. Vivaldi, Brave and Edge. Also, I notice my browsers are saying that the page is "Not Secure". January 6, 20242 yr Community Expert You should post your system's diagnostics zip file in your next post in this thread to get more informed feedback. It is always a good idea to post this if your question might involve us seeing how you have things set up or to look at recent logs.

January 6, 20242 yr Author Solution Progress made: I don't know if it was just coincidence, but the SSD I have installed was not formatted. After formatting, share creation worked. Now my other problem is why I can't use my SSD as a cache drive! Forum post about that here:
