October 12, 201114 yr I'm finally looking to buy my first UPS to protect my UnRaid server and after much time spent researching and pricing units that would be suitable to my setup I have chosen the APC BE750G 750 VA 450watts UPS. Before I go and buy this unit I heard there was a linux version of the shutdown software that was compatible to work with the both the unraid os and an APC UPS so when the power does go out it will automatically shut down when in operation. Is this true, and if so how do I go about installing it, and using it on UnRaid? Thanks
October 12, 201114 yr You can install apcupsd <version 3.14.3 or 3.14.8>, easily installed and configured if using unMENU.
