October 12, 201114 yr Just a quick FYI that this motherboard works fine for me for unRAID. I started out with this mobo and a single SASLP-MV8 and 10 drives total. It has now been relegated to a backup unRAID setup that's just used for preclearing drives at the moment. Update: Syslog attached confirming level 1 tested p8h61-syslog-2011-10-14.txt
October 12, 201114 yr Thanks for the report! If you are able to, please go through the steps to get this board Level 1 Certified. This also board uses the Realtek 8111E NIC. Are you running unRAID 5.0beta12a? That NIC has proven to be unstable with unRAID 4.7, but some are having success with the latest beta.
October 12, 201114 yr Author Again my bad - I'm using 4.7. No issues with the NIC on this one either. I'll have to find some extra HDDs to do level 1 on this one, but I will try to do so.
October 17, 201114 yr Author Updated to reflect level 1 tested on unRAID 4.7 Also I copied about 400GB data to this temporary setup over the network from my Windows 7 PC using the mobo's built-in Realtek NIC.
January 10, 201214 yr Hello, How is the board holding up? I am thinking about getting one just wanted to see if you have had any issue with it; and would you recommend me getting this board? Many Thanks
