May 14, 20242 yr NexusEFR, I think you may be right about getting support. Last night, there was an Odoo17 update which "broke" Odoo. Specifically, it broke the Dashboards. As near as I can tell, the dashboard is the only thing that got broken. The error message is attached below. Of course, I have no idea how to fix this. Any ideas with respect to getting support for these types of problems?
May 15, 20242 yr Author Hey folks Due to personal circumstances I can continue to support the Unraid template (and update it where needed) but can’t replace the good support from the Odoo community (and their own paid support service) as I cannot be across the enormity of Odoo itself. Hopefully the Odoo community here can assist in specific cases that I cannot myself replicate.
November 5, 20241 yr Hello, thanks for the odoo17 docker, it works perfectly, can you create an image for odoo18 please?
June 21, 20251 yr When attempting to use the config template provided in the set up documentation, I consistently get this error in the logs Database connection failure: invalid integer value "=" for connection option "port"My odoo.conf is as follows:
October 4, 20251 yr I'm happy to see the Odoo 18 Template. May I ask if there are any plans to provide a Odoo 19 Template, and if so, any timeframe for that?
April 2Apr 2 You are an absolute legend. Your guide worked flawlessly to set up current build using postgresql18. Thank you SO much!

4 hours ago4 hr Author Hi all,Templates for Odoo 19 and Odoo 20 have been added to the repo and will show up in Community Applications soon, usually within a few hours of the next CA update. Both are marked BETA.⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE INSTALLING ⚠️Both templates are UNTESTED on Unraid. They’re built from the official Odoo Docker images and follow the same setup as the Odoo 17/18 templates, but nobody has confirmed them working on Unraid yet.Test them yourself before going anywhere near production data. Use a separate container, a fresh appdata folder and a test database. Don’t point them at your live business database.Back up first. Always keep backups of your PostgreSQL database and Odoo filestore.Check your PostgreSQL version. Odoo 19 needs PostgreSQL 13 or later, and Odoo 20 needs PostgreSQL 16 or later. The READMEs cover setup, demo data changes and the other differences from Odoo 18:Odoo 19 READMEOdoo 20 READMEPlease post your results here, good AND badFeedback from testers decides whether these templates move out of beta and whether they’re worth keeping supported in Unraid. Even a one-line “installed fine, all working” helps as much as a problem report. If something didn’t work, please include:which template (Odoo 19 or 20) and your PostgreSQL versionwhat you changed from the template defaults, if anythingthe relevant part of the container logAbout these templates, and where support comes fromThese are free community templates, provided as-is with no warranty. You use them at your own risk, and I take no responsibility for any loss of data or other issues. They have no involvement from, and are not endorsed by, Odoo S.A. or its staff. They just package the official Odoo Docker image for Unraid. This thread is for getting Odoo up and running in Unraid. That means container settings, volume paths and permissions, PostgreSQL connection, odoo.conf, reverse proxy and similar.Problems inside Odoo itself go to Odoo, not here. That includes modules and apps not working, accounting or inventory behaviour, upgrades between versions, bugs and how-to questions. For those, use:the Odoo Community Forum (the Docker image is Odoo Community edition)Odoo’s official support if you have an Odoo Enterprise subscriptionthe Odoo documentationThanks to everyone who gives these a test run.
