January 9, 20242 yr Hi everyone, I've had troubles upgrading from Unraid 6.10.x to Unraid 6.12+ and basically re-installed the entire OS. Now, I had to figure out which disks were parity and which were part of the pool and while re-booting over and over again, my cache disk seems to have disappeared from the UI. I can see it fine in lspci, have tried re-seating multiple times but can't seem to figure out what could have gone wrong. Please find the current diagnostics (unmounted pool and all) attached. homeserver-diagnostics-20240109-2117.zip
January 10, 20242 yr Community Expert Where are you seeing the device in lspci? Don't see it in the diags.
January 10, 20242 yr Author Thank you for your response. The SSD is the Quote 03:00.0 Serial Attached SCSI controller [0107]: Broadcom / LSI SSS6200 PCI-Express Flash SSD [1000:007e] (rev 03) in line 56 in system/lspci.txt from the archive, which I confirmed by booting up the system once with and once without it socketed. January 10, 20242 yr Community Expert First time I see one of those drives, it uses the LSI MPT3SAS driver, and it appears to be correctly initialized in the syslog, can you post 6.10 diags for comparison?
January 10, 20242 yr Author I will try to when I get home from work. FWIW, it is a Sun Flash F80 which I haven't had any issues with for the past two and a half years.
