kernel: igb: probe of 0000:08:00.0 failed with error -5 what is it is it how can i fix it?

so i noticed no replies on my VNC and it got moved to vm engine...  but i seen this error   so wanted to know maybe its causing the vnc disconnects i get

could that be causing the vnc disconnects?   what is it really 

and how do i fix it

i tried googling but it didnt 100% help me

i also find  network connection  failing now too browser and copying over network somewhat,,,,
