i have a new system which the specs are
msi z790 carbon wifi

14900k

64gb 5400 corsair venegence memory

rtx 4090

3x kingston 4.0pcie and 1x corsair 5.0 pcie 2x samsung evo 870

(dont know the specs off the top of my head for the nvmes)

 

the issue i am having is it refuses to get past the checks for bluetooth on various different stages.
the only way i can progress a little is forcing a system reboot. 

any help will be greatly appriciated thank you in advanced

Not sure bluetooth is really the problem, but can you disable bluetooth in BIOS?

just after you said that i got it past there then it locked up again do you think it might be wise to try make a new usb drive on a different drive and see if it boots normally?

brand new usb drive made and still does not start now i just have this

i was poking around in the bios and turned on DMA control guarantee and it started right up. thank you for the help.
