January 15, 20242 yr Hi all, I'm new to UNRAID and server builds in general and I'm having a bit of trouble. Every time I try to boot unraid from USB on my new build, it freezes - whether on gui, no gui, safe mode, no safe mode - and it's always around the same spot, but it's a different line almost every time. After the freeze, I always have to cntrl+alt+del to reset. I was able to launch memtest and run it over night with both sticks passing. I was also able to run Ubuntu on it with no issues. Not sure what steps to take next. Any help would be appreciated! My build is as follows: CPU: Intel I5-8500T Mobo: Supermicro X11SCA-F ATX motherboard Ram: Silicon Power Value Gaming 32GB DDR4 (2x16GB) 3200MHz CL16 HDD: 2x 6TB (RTG) Seagate ST6000NM0095 SAS3 SSD: HP EX900 Plus 1TB M.2 2280 PSU: CX600M HBA: Adaptec ASR-7805 SAS2 HBA

January 15, 20242 yr Author Solution Seems my issue was a failing GPU. I was able to swap to iGPU and everything worked. I followed these steps for this mobo: https://forums.servethehome.com/index.php?threads/enabling-intel-gpu-on-supermicro-x11-sca-f.27453/ Edited January 15, 20242 yr by BearitoVI
