I have a QNAP unRaid system. It's a TS 453be with 4 slots. I have 2x 14TB with one being parity, Ix 4TB, 1x 1TB  ssd for cache. I wanted to upgraded my 4TB to a 12 TB & followed https://docs.unraid.net/legacy/FAQ/replacing-a-data-drive/

 

Now after install of 12 TB drive, I can't start the array because of too many errors.

    You are likely to get better informed feedback if you attach your system’s diagnostics zip file to your next post in this thread.   
     

    it might help if you gave a clue about what type of errors?   Perhaps a screenshot of the Main tab might clarify things?
