Added new CACHE and DATA drives now constantly writing

Hi all - I added an additional drive each to my CACHE and DATA pools bringing the total to 3 drives = 5TB for CACHE and 3 drives = 3TB for DATA. I didn't add anything new to my ARRAY. Since that time I have constant small writes to my DATA pool  and OCCASSIONALLY to my BOOT DEVICE when there are no processes running. The write sizes are only about 20KBS - 1MBS when they write but its never ending. Anyone know what this is ?

I'm also noticing that my INTERFACE is showing inbound and outbound data of less than 20KBS constantly. Is this normal?
