Proper Way To Increase INOTIFY In Syncthing Docker?

Syncthing is working great, but I added a large folder and I'm now getting INOTIFY errors, and the documents are telling me to increase the limit.  Before I do that, what is the proper way to do this for UnRAID and the Syncthing docker container?
