Hi, I have recently installed the Fujitsu PSAS CP400I HBA(Cross flashed to LSI SAS 9300-8i) into the server and currently it's not detecting any drives connected to it. This is the output from lspci, which I can see that the HBA is being picked up by unRAID:

Are you sure you have the right cables for connecting the drives?  Forward and reverse cables look identical but are wired differently.

I have tried swapping the SAS cable, still no go. Currently the HBA is connected to a 2U 12 bay enclosure and I'm starting to wonder if it's the enclosure's backplane giving me problem...

The HBA is being initialized correctly and the driver loaded, unless there's an issue with the ports and since you've ruled out the cables it could be the backplane.

Thanks all for your help. I have ordered a miniSAS > SAS breakout cable hoping to rule out the enclosure backplane's issue. As such I'm marking this issue as resolved.
