Got some bad advice

I was having issues with my sonarr docker and mapped remote drives. Someone told me to try the new permissions under tools.  Well it did something and now none of my Docker Containers will start.  When I try I get a "Bad parameter" error? 

 

From what I have read, I think I will have to delete my Docker image and then re-create all my containers? Is that correct?  Is there an easier way?

    3. Adjust your preference.
