VM's not starting up

im not sure what ive done here but for some reason none of my vm's are allowing me to connect to them via VNC, tbh I dont know if they are even starting up properly.. heres the log of a Windows10 VM, but all the other VM's that I start including linux distros are displaying a similar log file... heres the log. Anyone have any ideas what may be wrong?
