Update 1: I downlaoded all files from the USB and some files were corrupted mostly in:

D:\config\pools\

D:\config\docker.cfg

I used an older backup to restore those files and reformatted and used local to upload a clean and complete copy (after replacing the corrupted files)

Now it passes the ipv6 and stuck in microcode: CPU2: patch_level=0x0a20102b

Try deleting /boot/config/vfio-pci.cfg

i copied all files, I used winrar so it can clearly tell me which files were corrupted. all was good, so I just formatted the usb and used the usb creation tool and used local zip file.

i'm noticing that i'm getting boot error on every reboot, until i format the usb again. i tried chkdsk and also sector read using hard disk sentinel and all is good. something else is going on.

You can try a different flash drive.
