January 26, 20242 yr Hi, I'm trying to update my backup/testing server from 6.11.5 to the latest 6.12.6 and I'm getting an error message "boot device shows 348917760 free but upgrade needs 451064841" How big do the flash drives need to be now? There are probably a few flash drives around here I could swap over and use. (The current one is probably 10 years or more old). Thanks for any thoughts.
January 26, 20242 yr Community Expert Solution https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/getting-started/ I would double that 2GB mentioned since upgrade from the webUI requires new version to coexist with everything already on the flash drive including the previous version.

January 26, 20242 yr Community Expert The Manual upgrade process should still work as that does not require there to be enough room on the flash to hold both the current and the previous release.
